About the Book
The novel follows local Chef, Jessie Watkins, running both the campus University Club and their own restaurant in town, Marlies.
The university chef, Kate Morris, tries everything to take over the Club for herself.
A cast of characters on campus and off bring additional problems and surprises.
A sprinkle of Food, a dash of seduction, a bottle of crime, mixed with tragedy and flamed with romance, make this an enjoyable read.

Warren Laine-Naida's artistic journey began working in restaurants and hotels both as waiter and as a chef.
In 2009, he published his first book Art in Chocolate - a collection of recipes, photos of his chocolate sculptures, and short stories.
The University Club - A Campus Affair is based on the years Warren apprenticed and as a chef, working on and off university campuses. Warren has lived in the UK, Canada, and since 1992 in Germany.
