Monica, recently divorced, moves to the small town of Redmondsburg hoping for a fresh start. Little does she know, the ghost of a young girl resides at her new house, a serial killer is on the loose, an army of zombies are plotting against her, and a demon Chihuahua plans to sacrifice her on Halloween.

If that's not enough, she soon discovers her new friend Betty isn't quite human.

In Redmondsburg, if you don't like what's trying to kill you, just wait a few minutes.

Something else will be right with you.
