Nichelle began writing short stories about meeting her favorite band at 14 years old and sharing them with close friends. These friends loved the stories so much they requested stories that starred them and meeting their favorite band member. Because she received so much praise for her work, Nichelle continued to write and thoroughly enjoyed it. It became a fun hobby that she continued through her life.
Over the years she received praise and complements from more mature peers on her work; peers such as teachers, college professors, and even well established published authors she had opportunities to work with. This positive feedback started to develop the dream of perhaps one day publishing some of her work.
The White Warrior series is Nichelle’s debut series that she has published as an independent author.
